Shipping
All orders take 14 business days to ship out as stated when checking out, business days are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm est. Your order will be processed the next business day. Between your 13-14th business day your order will get dropped off at USPS. After being dropped off it can take USPS 2-3 business days to get your order to you. H&C Soeurs have no control over your packages after it is dropped off. H&C Soeurs is NOT responsible for Lost or Stolen packages. You must put in a claim with your local post office. If your package is damages upon arrival, send us pictures of the damaged products and we will be more than happy to resolve this issue.If for any reason, products are missing from your order, please reach out within the first 24hrs of receiving your package, we can NOT replace any products, if you do NOT contact us within the 24hrs. If your order is returned to us, due to incorrect address, YOU are responsible for paying shipping again to receive your order. By ordering from us, you are agreeing to these policies that you have read.
Holiday Tracking Information
During the holiday season, you may notice that once you receive your tracking number, it may say your product was already delivered months ago, don't worry this is something that happens with USPS during this time due to the high volume of orders for the holiday. USPS recycle old tracking numbers, once USPS scan in your package, it will be updated correctly.
ALLERGIES: if irritation occurs please stop using products immediately. Always do a 24hr hair patch/skin test to see if irritation will occur. Products does have sweet almond oil. Products on this website is NOT FDA approved.
